Nestled within a suburb of Houston, Texas, Sienna Development is a lush 3,826-acre master planned community. Regent entitled the project; set up and managed infrastructure improvements carried out by the Municipal Utility Districts and Levee Improvement District; completed a master plan for the project; developed a budget and schedule for completion of an approved Phasing Plan; and completed extensive wetlands mitigation and environmental remediation work.

Regent sold the property in 2005.
