The Seasons at Bonita Springs is a 168 acre residential gated community located in Bonita Springs, Florida, in the North Naples sub-market. The property is entitled as a community for 500 single-family detached homes.
The Seasons will also include 30 acres of planned lakes and an amenity center. The first phase of the project was sold to, and is being developed by DR Horton.
