Research Center Pointe is located in Carlsbad, California and was purchased in August 2014. The project consists of a Class A constructed one story life science building totaling 120,000 square feet. The project features 24’ clearance heights, multiple loading docks, ample parking and functional floor plates.

At the time of acquisition, Research Center Pointe was effectively 30% leased. Through Regent’s relationships and reputation for first class service, the project was leased up to 96% in less than a year to high quality credit tenants. The project was sold at the end of 2015.
